Affirmative Risk Management (ARM) employs two licensed pilots (one of whom has an A&P certification) who are also licensed adjusters. In addition to these two pilots, ARM employs three licensed attorneys who will handle complex third party injury/property damage claims. ARM also employs a CPA who serves as ARM’s forensic CPA in regard to business interruption exposures/claim. Finally, ARM has eight (8) licensed adjusters in addition to the previously mentioned staff, who will handle claims involving damages to structures such as hangers, FBO office buildings, general aviation airports, regional airport terminals, ground handling equipment, and vehicles designed/licensed for use on the aprons and public roads.

With the above intellectual property in place ARM is well situated to provide complete claim handling service for your General Aviation, Industrial Aid Aviation, and Special Use Aviation claims.

ARM is located in Little Rock, AR which is in the heart of the lower Mississippi delta where special use exposures related to agricultural aviation are concentrated and also in the Madison, WI area for claims in the upper Mississippi valley with emphasis on Iowa, and Illinois.
